What is Kresproperty and how does it work?

Kresproperty is a fractional real estate investment platform. We acquire premium Airbnb and rental properties, then allow multiple investors to co-own shares of those properties. You invest any amount from $500, we manage the property completely, and you receive a proportional share of the rental income and capital appreciation.

How do I create an account?

Click "Start Investing" on any page. Fill in your personal details, verify your email, complete a simple KYC identity check, fund your account, and choose your first investment. The entire process takes under 10 minutes.

Who can invest with Kresproperty?

We welcome investors from most countries worldwide. You must be 18+ years old and be able to verify your identity. Both retail and institutional investors are welcome. Some jurisdictions may have restrictions — contact us if you're unsure about eligibility in your country.

What is the minimum investment amount?

Our Starter plan begins at just $500. This allows virtually anyone to begin earning passive income from premium real estate. Higher plans (Silver from $5,000, Gold from $25,000, Platinum from $100,000) offer progressively higher ROI rates.

Returns & Payouts

What returns can I expect?

Returns depend on your plan: Starter earns 8–10%, Silver 12–14%, Gold 16–18%, and Platinum 18–20% annually. These figures are based on our historical performance since 2021. All returns consist of rental income distributions plus capital appreciation on the underlying property.

How and when are returns paid out?

Returns are credited to your Kresproperty wallet on your plan's payout schedule (monthly for Starter, bi-weekly for Silver, weekly for Gold, daily for Platinum). You can withdraw to your bank account or crypto wallet, or reinvest for compounded growth.

Are the advertised ROI figures guaranteed?

The ROI ranges shown represent historical averages and our realistic projections based on property performance. Like all investments, returns are not guaranteed and past performance does not guarantee future results. We operate with full transparency — if a property underperforms, you'll see that in your dashboard.

How does compound reinvestment work?

If you enable auto-reinvestment in your settings, your payouts are automatically added back to your investment principal, growing your overall investment and generating returns on top of returns. Our calculator shows the difference — reinvesting can increase total returns by 30–60% over a 3-year period.

Security & Withdrawals

How is my money protected?

All investor funds are held in segregated escrow accounts with regulated banking partners. These funds are legally separate from our operating capital and are backed by real property deeds. Platinum investors benefit from additional portfolio insurance. We employ 256-bit encryption, 2FA, and regular third-party security audits.

Can I withdraw my money anytime?

Yes. Early exits are allowed at any time, subject to a small processing fee (Starter: 2%, Silver: 1.5%, Gold: 1%, Platinum: 0%). Your principal plus earned returns to date will be processed within 5–10 business days. After the minimum term, withdrawals carry no penalty.

What withdrawal methods are available?

You can withdraw to your bank account (SWIFT/SEPA), PayPal, or cryptocurrency wallets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC). Minimum withdrawal is $50. Standard processing takes 1–5 business days depending on method.

Legal & Compliance

Is Kresproperty a regulated platform?

Kresproperty Ltd is registered in England & Wales (Companies House No. 13584921). We operate in partnership with FCA-registered financial institutions for fund holding and payment processing. We comply with AML/KYC regulations and conduct thorough due diligence on all investors and properties.

Do I need to pay tax on my returns?

Tax obligations depend on your country of residence. We provide annual income statements for all investors. Platinum members receive dedicated tax optimisation advisory. We strongly recommend consulting a tax professional in your jurisdiction. Kresproperty does not withhold tax at source.

What happens if Kresproperty ceases operations?

Investor funds are held in escrow accounts separate from our company accounts. In the event of operational difficulties, the escrow funds and underlying property assets remain the property of investors and would be liquidated and returned proportionally. This structure is a core protection we've built from day one.
