By accessing or using Kresproperty's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kresproperty Ltd (registered in England & Wales, Company No. 13584921). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our services.
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age; a resident of a country where our services are legally available; able to verify your identity through our KYC process; and not be listed on any sanctions or financial crime watchlists. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
The ROI percentages displayed (8%–20% annually) represent projected returns based on historical property performance and are not guaranteed. Actual returns may vary. All investments carry risk including the possible loss of principal. Investment plans have minimum terms as specified on each plan page. Early exit fees apply as disclosed.
Deposits must be made from accounts in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawal processing times are 1–5 business days depending on method. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests for compliance purposes, which may extend processing times.
Platform fees: 0% deposit fee; early exit fees as specified per plan (0%–2%); withdrawal processing fee: 0% for Gold and Platinum plans; 0.5% for Starter and Silver plans on amounts above $10,000. Annual management fee of 2% is deducted from gross property revenue before distributions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must enable two-factor authentication if required. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
Referral bonuses are paid after the referred investor completes KYC and makes their first qualifying investment. Bonuses are paid at the rate applicable to your referral tier at the time of the qualifying investment. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral programme with 30 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. EU residents may also utilise applicable EU consumer protection laws.
